Use in water

Although all of the ZAD of Sweden watches are waterproof 5 ATM (about 50 metres), there are certain things you should take into consideration during use in water.

Do not adjust the crown when the time gauge is in contact with water. Also, make sure that the crown is in a locked position before it comes into contact with water.

When adjusting the timing with screwdrivers, make sure that the crown is fully secured before allowing the watch to come into contact with water.

If the watch has time gauge with pressure-enabled functionality, this feature should not be used when the watch is in contact with water.

Exposure to extreme atmospheres such as saunas and hot water should be avoided.

Also try to avoid contact with water in heavy movement; such as heavy waves and waterfalls.

Avoid contact with salt water or chlorophyll water. If the watch has come into contact with salt water or chlorophyll water, rinse off the watch under tap water and then wipe it off with a soft cloth.
