If you wish to return your product you may do so within thirty (30) days from the day that you received your product.
Customer Service will confirm your return request in no longer than two (2) business days.
KZ of Sweden takes responsibility for the cost of the return freight.
When KZ of Sweden has obtained the returned product, we will send a confirmation email and refund your money within ten (10) days.
Failure to comply with our return policy may result in longer processing times and surcharges.
