Do you offer free returns?
Yes, we offer free returns for purchases over €150.
How do I change a product?
If you wish to return your product, you may do so within thirty (30) days from the day that you received your product. Customer Support will confirm your return request within two (2) business days.
ZAD of Sweden offers free returns for orders over €150.
Once ZAD of Sweden has received the returned product, we will send a confirmation email and refund your money within ten (10) days.
Failure to comply with our return policy may result in longer processing times and surcharges.

Returns can only be made to the place of product purschase. In order for us to apporve the return and repay the value of the product, we require the following:
- The product is returned to the agent who delivered it. 
- The product is unused. 
- The seal is unbroken.
- (For watches) The watch strap has not been adjusted. 
- The product is free from scratches/damage.
- The product is returned in the original packaging.
