Yes, we offer free returns for purchases over €150.
How do I change a product?
If you wish to return your product, you may do so within thirty (30) days from the day that you received your product. Customer Support will confirm your return request within two (2) business days.
KZ of Sweden offers free returns for orders over €150.
Once KZ of Sweden has received the returned product, we will send a confirmation email and refund your money within ten (10) days.
Failure to comply with our return policy may result in longer processing times and surcharges.
