Cleaning

To maintain the fine condition of the watch, regularly clean both the watch and the wristband with water and soap, and then wipe the watch with a soft and gentle cloth.

Soft toothbrush 

You can also use a toothbrush to gently clean your watch. However, make sure to use one with a soft brush head, in order to avoid scratches and damage to the watch.

Watch straps

Cleaning leather strap

To clean your leather strap, start by rinsing it with off with a bit of lukewarm water. Then wash it with a soft brush and a little bit of soap. At last, wipe it off with a soft cloth and leave it to dry. Be sure to keep the newly washed leather strap away from all kinds of heat sources.

Care of strap

Italian leather straps normally last between 12 and 24 months. However, its sustainability varies depending on several factors; such as skin acidity, sweat, contact with chemicals, climate and moisture. Important to note is that the leather strap’s life span might shorten if it comes into contact with water or other liquids. Also, The colour and suppleness of the leather strap can change over time and if it is exposed to external elements.

 

To protect the condition of the wristband, we recommend removing the watch when showering or bathing.

If you have a very active lifestyle and regularly come into contact with water or sweat, we recommend you to choose a steel wristband instead.

To avoid

Do not set the time between 21:00 and 03:00 when the time mechanism is on.

Do not expose the watch to contact with chemicals, solvents or gases, as this may result in a deterioration.

Bracelets

Cleaning

To maintain the fine condition of the bracelet, only clean it with water and soap, then wipe the bracelet with a soft and gentle cloth.

To clean your bracelet, start by rinsing it off with a bit of lukewarm water and then wash it with a little bit of soap. At last, wipe it off with a soft cloth and leave it to dry. Be sure to keep the newly washed bracelet away from all kinds of heat sources.

To avoid

Do not expose the bracelet to saltwater or chlorinated water as this damages the bracelets structure and steel.

Also avoid exposing the bracelet to extreme heat sources (+35°) or cold sources (-10°).
